It did make a very thick shake. I had some problem with aftertaste and did not care for the banana flavor. I am testing for the best flavors for me to use pre & post-op. I have not had the surgery yet. I have used the unflavored in some recipes and you truly can't detect it at all. I like the quality and overall taste of your products. There is no "chalky" taste.

These were not as great as I thought they would be. I prefer the Metabolic Nutrition Brand. I'm glad I bought the samples.

I would say the banana flavor is FANTASTIC!
I didn't like Strawberry at all, and Chocolate was good... but not FANTASTIC.
