Oh, so good, as well as, good for me! This is the last item I take at night, as it is as much of a treat as it is a medicine. This, coupled with the Biotin, was the "miracle" for my hair loss.

I'm taking one berry-flavored Omega 3 chewy bite each morning. Just didn't want another pill - especially in gel form. No way can I get enough fish or other
'O-3 foods' in my diet to fulfill my needs.
This is a great option!
