Fed-Ex just dropped off the Starter Kit. I went over the shipment to see if everything was inside the box. Alta Bates Medical Center, in Oakland, CA. has a list of vitamins and supplement recommendations. The Bariatric Advantage starter kit supplies everything and more.
I ordered the berry and cherry flavored, I figure those flavors go good with most anything such as supplement drinks, or creative smoothie drinks mixed with fruit or protein drinks.
I will be purchasing more items as my I progress to the Pos-Op stage. The prices are reasonable, I don't have to wait in line at a specialty store, nor do I have to worry about items not being in stock.
I was really surprised to see a surprise in my shipment.....Thank You!.... Bariatric living is a life style, I am happy to find a place that caters to how I will be living my life. I look forward to my next purchase.

I spent several days trying to see if I could locate all the items in the starter kit on my own. Sadly, I couldn't. Then I looked online to see if I could order everything individually and nothing beat the price offered for this kit!
