These cups of gelatin are a great way to add in some protein when I'm low for the day. I particularly like the Tropical Fruit flavor more than the Grape.

I was really surprised at how delicious this is. Shame it is on the pricey side but it's a GREAT snack packed with protein. It is in the harder side of the gelatin spectrum just so you know.
