Since my surgery, my stomach has been unable to tolerate most of the protein powders. This has been my savior. Easy to use. As with all powders, DO NOT heat to boiling for best mixing. I use a wide mouth bottom cup ( a travel mug) for best blending... I found it harder to get the powder mixed in a traditional narrow-bottomed coffee mug. My only complaints- expense and environmental waste. These are individually packed... and I am not sure the lining is pure paper, so it can't be recycled that I know of. I would appreciate a typical powder canister for cost savings, ease and clean-up.

This delicious hot chocolate is a great way to satisfy a taste for chocolate and the need for some comfort food as well as enjoy my protein intake. What a nice treat at bedtime for me and my tummy!
