By combining Twisted Cherry Nectar and Fuzzy Navel Nectar, half and half, I have landed on a combination that works for me as regular daily fare for my mid-day protein shake. I personally use 20 oz. of water with one scoop of the mixture and I add my powdered citrus splash Multi-Vitamin with Calcium to it. I love it and there's no rule that says I can't mix them if I want to! LOL Try it!

Protein Drink |

Easy to make. Mixes easily. Have been using since my surgery 3 yrs ago. Of course, I drink less now than at first. But I prefer to keep using it as it ensures I get all of my protein and water needs met; and, has taken the place of soft drinks.
