Pantry Stuffed Mushroom Recipe


1 package Pantry Selections Beef Bouillon Soup

2 oz. low-fat Swiss Cheese, grated

8 medium-sized Mushrooms


  • Preheat Oven to 400°
  • Clean mushrooms and separate stems.
  • Chop stems and mix with Swiss cheese.
  • Make mushroom cups by scooping out the remaining mushroom caps.
  • Place mixture in each mushroom cup.
  • Sprinkle beef soup and a small amount of water over each mushroom.
  • Bake 5 to 10 minutes. Optional - Squeeze a little fresh lemon on the tops.

    This is my first cup.. and I'm a bit undecided. There is a bit of a weird aftertaste, which I think is coming from dry herbs they used. However, it's not at salty as I thought it was going to be. I added a bit of black pepper and it was definitely better. I'm thinking if I had some Mrs. Dash or something it would be greatly improved! This is a basic starter, good for what my purposes are.. get my protein in and in a "clear" liquid. I would buy this again.
