    My favorite bariatric food

This is something I look forward too. They have a nice sweet flavor with enough chocolate chips to satisfy. They really keep me feeling very full for quite a few hours and satisfy my bakery sweet tooth. I have cheated and added a teaspoon of mini chocolate chips and chopped walnuts (don't go overboard) and it gives me that soft cookie thrill. After I eat one I don't feel like eating anymore like I would with a real cookie. This is a high protein breakfast that sticks around for a few hours.

    Choc Chip Pancake mix

Tasted okay but final product was a little "chewy" instead of light like a pancake should be. Also, it calls for 1.7 ounces of water...who has that sort of measure so I had to eyeball it.
