Textured Vegetable Protein, Tomato Powder, Pasta [Durum Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (Iron), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid], Soy Protein, Calcium Caseinate, Artificial Flavor [(Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Thiamine Hydrochloride), Vegetable Oil (Palm)], Salt, Modified Food Starch, Vegetable Broth Seasoning, Gum Arabic, Fibersol, Potassium Citrate, I&G, Celery, Annatto Food Color, White Pepper.

1. Combine contents of package with 6oz of hot water in medium microwave safe bowl.
2. Stir.
3. Microwave 2 1/2 Minutes, stirring after 1 1/4 minute use caution when removing, the bowl and contents will be hot.

3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened, stir frequently

    Tasted truly gross. It had a real bad cardboard taste. Will not purchase these again.

    Keeping in mind that these products are for early WLS patients and diabetics, and that there isn't really any spaghetti noodles in the meal, these are very good, I am almost 18 months from surgery so I mix in some frozen vegetables this make a great lunch for at work. I keep the envelopes in my drawer for emergency lunches!

    I had to throw this away. It has the consistency of lump water and absolutely no flavor. I am appalled that you would sell this and call it food. Does not live up to your other products at all. It should be discontinued. I'd love to have my $11.95 refunded.

    I had to give this one star to post the rating, but it truly earns none. This is not edible.

    More bolognese and less spaghetti

    This wasn't bad, actually, particularly compared to some other diet entrees that shall remain nameless (I mean you, Nutrisystem). It seemed like it was mostly sauce and very little pasta, however, I could have just added too much water. Certainly a better choice when travelling than what is generally available.

    I was really hoping this tasted like the real deal, but it did not. It kind of tasted like the box. Just my opinion.

    Just add a little garlic powder and pepper and this entree is very satisfying and filling.
