    I loved this I added it to my water bottle and it dissolved very nicely. I was surprised. I'm definitely buying more of these.

    Pretty refreshing way to get in fluids and protein

    Since my sleeve a couple of weeks ago, I've had trouble tolerating plain water. I'm also really sick of run-of-the-mill protein shakes, having been on a liquid diet for weeks prior. This is a nice way to get in water and protein. My stomach tolerates it, it tastes good, and it's pretty refreshing to boot.
