Bariatric Living, LLC is open 10am to 5pm, Monday through Friday for phone orders. If you would like to visit our store for pick-up or for information please be aware that someone is not always available for the front store. Please call our office to make arrangements so we can be available for you.

-All In Stock Orders are usually shipped out within 24 to 48 hours. 

-All Orders placed on weekends are usually shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday. 

-Orders are not shipped on National Holidays.
Free Shipping
We now offer free ground shipping on all qualified orders over $79.00. Free ground shipping applies to all orders that include in stock products with the exception of ready-to-drink liquid protein. Orders that contain ready-to-drink protein WILL NOT be eligible for free shipping nor flat rate shipping. Free shipping offer cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Shipping charges for these locations will be calculated using applicable FedEx or USPS charts.
Shipping during summer months: IMPORTANT REMINDER!!!
Bariatric Living, LLC is not responsible for melted chocolate during hot months. We will package your items, keeping the heat in mind, but we will not replace or refund any products due to heat damage.

Shipping during winter months:
Occasionally if there is extreme weather, liquid drinks can freeze. Please note that this is very rare, and we insulate our products very well. If your product does happen to freeze Bariatric Living, LLC is not responsible for the damage and will not issue a replacement or a refund.
Enter your order directly on the Internet. We provide you with a shopping cart to allow you to select products as you browse our website. When checking out, we provide a secure Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) in order to ensure that your privacy, including credit card information, is secure. When you see either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your browser window, you know your site is secured. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your information on our site.
Our default mode of shipping is Standard FedEx Ground Delivery. An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 12pm Eastern Time will usually be on its way to you the same business day. Most items should arrive in 3-7 business days.
Bariatric Living, LLC is not responsible for the shipping time of orders.
Once a package has been picked up by FedEx, all delivery inquiries are most easily obtained online by using the tracking number provided to you via email confirmation or by contacting FedEx and referencing this number.
Shipping costs for some items may be high as ready to drink proteins are heavy, in addition to glass bottles used for product packaging.
In addition to FedEx Ground, other expedited shipping methods are available such as FedEx Next-Day Air, FedEx Second Day Air, or FedEx Three-Day Select Air delivery. You pay shipping costs for these methods based on the weight and destination. Enter your order online and you will be presented with shipping options so you can choose between price and speed of delivery. By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service.
FedEx home resident deliveries are made on Tuesdays through Saturdays. FedEx business deliveries are made on Mondays through Fridays. FedEx Does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. Please check with FedEx for holiday schedules.
We do not request or require a signature for FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, or USPS deliveries. It is soley up to your FedEx driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature or leave a package. Please be advised that if FedEx or USPS shows that your package has been delivered in their tracking system and you are unable to locate your package then you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Bariatric Living, LLC will not be held responsible for missing packages that show delivered in the FedEx or USPS tracking systems. All FedEx Express (Air/Overnight) packages WILL require a signature.
We are sorry but we do not ship orders outside the US.
We're regret that orders cannot be changed once they've been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our fast processing times work to your advantage.
You will be charged a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Our shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information that you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee that the shipping company charges us for this correction and redirection for your package.
FedEx charges shippers for the return of undeliverable packages, including - but not limited to - refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for both Shipping and Return charges.
Refund/Damage Policies:
If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please call us at 404-886-5771. Merchandise damaged during shipping or that arrives damaged must be reported to Bariatric Living, LLC within 48 hours or receipt. We will contact FedEx so they can send someone to make a visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then reship product or issue you credit for the amount of confirmed damage. We have the right to reclaim damaged goods. Discarding products or packing materials will void your right to replacement. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. You should retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
Sales Tax:
Currently, only Georgia state residents are subject to sales tax collected by Bariatric Living, LLC.

We regret that we can not refund any monies for items that have been opened.  All items received in original unopened and perfect condition containers that are not at least six months from expiration date will be accepted for return and refunded for the product only once received by our store.  Any items found on our sample page will not be accepted for refund.  We offer these at a low cost so that you may sample many products before investing in large quantities.  Samples can be purchased on our sample page of our website.  Our company sells individuals on most ready-to-drinks as well.  If you should have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at (855) 469-1726.
